Payment gateway terms & conditions

• The online payment of herein is subject to the rules and regulations of Reserve Bank of India (RBI) as well as the rules and regulations framed of the VISA/MasterCard / American Express Card or any other card or any other card organization applicable and prevailing from time to time.
• The said payment is subject to the risks involved in any Electronic Payment Transactions including due to any technical failure in the payment gateway operations and the Company shall not be liable/responsible for any failure of any payment transactions or for any amounts debited from the Applicant account but not credited to the account of the Company due to any technical error in settlement or otherwise and the Applicant shall not have any claims against the Company for such transactions. Wherever possible, the Company will inform the Applicant about such failed transaction and refund, if any, due to the Applicant shall be processed via payment gateway.
• The said payment is merely towards Booking of rooms for a specified time period for the purpose of stay at Srijan Seva Sadan.
• The applicant shall submit the hardcopy of Id & Address Proof before check in to complete the booking formalities.
• Srijan Seva Sadan at Salasar is an initiative by Srijan Charitable Trust & by sharing your contact details, you hereby authorize the company to send you regular Alerts, transactional SMS, feedback surveys, offers etc. via email, SMS&WhatsApp.
• The applicant shall submit the hardcopy of Id & Address Proof before check in to complete the booking formalities (all members id required for check in).

Your privacy is of utmost importance to us and we take it very seriously. We do not sell or rent your contact information to other marketers. We use your personal information to provide you with the services you request from Srijan Seva Sadan, to help you make room reservations, to provide you with information about events at Srijan Seva Sadan, to send you promotional material on Srijan Seva Sadan by email, direct mail and phone.

1. 18% gst as per applicable.
2. Check in after 02:00 PM & Check Out before 11:00 AM
3. All bookings will be confirmed subject to advance payment.
4. There are no refunds for early check outs and “no shows”. If the number of guests on your reservation is reduced once the reservation is paid it is up to the hotel to determine applicable refunds or penalties.
5. Cancellations made within Within 72hrs check in -50% charged.
6. Before 72hrs check in -10% charged.
7. And within 24hrs 0% refund.

Refund Policy

When you cancel a booking and are entitled to a refund then we will instruct the refund right away. The processing will take between 2-4 weeks until the whole amount shows back on your credit card statement. Reasons for this are the billing cycle of your credit card company and processing time of the bank. The refund amount depends on numerous factors such as Srijan Seva Sadan’s cancellation policy, time of cancellation and processing fees. For more details see cancellation policy above.

In case a reservation that you make is not confirmed, we will not charge you anything on your credit card and release the whole amount that was held on it immediately. Now after we do this, it will still take a maximum of 2-4 weeks for the bank to process this and for the money to show back on your credit card.
